Welcome to Quail Creek, a community of 184 homes in Prairieville, Louisiana, nestled 15 minutes south of Baton Rouge and 45 minutes north of New Orleans in Ascension Parish.

2011-2012 QCHOA FINANCIAL REPORT
As presented at the 2012 annual meeting of the Quail Creek Homeowners Association: 2011 Income Statement & 2012 Projected Budget

2012 QUAIL CREEK HOA ASSESSMENT IS DUE 3/17/12
As in prior years, 2012 dues are $140 for standard lots, and $170 for lake lots. Please mail your filled out invoice stub and check payable "Quail Creek Homeowners Association" (marking your lot number) to QCHOA PO Box 381, Prairieville, LA 70769.
Lake Fee Info-The additional $30 lake lot fee, approved by homeowner vote in 2007, funds chemical lake treatments to prevent and treat weed/mosquito outbreaks in spring through fall. Email board@qchoa.com to suggest a spray in your zone.

HOA Board Meetings: All residents are encouraged to attend. Meetings are held monthly at a resident's home. Occasionally, meetings are rescheduled due to weather or scheduling conflicts, so if to add items to the meeting agenda or join the meeting, please call email board@qchoa.com.

Architectural Control Committee(ACC) tours our community and responds to resident reports. Notices will be sent to owners in the event of violations of the community bylaws or restrictions. Home values have now grown to be between 200k and 350k, and these steps are important in preserving our community's appeal as one of the finest places to live in Ascension Parish. Please send ACC form for improvements that you wish to make. ACC form or email ACC@QCHOA.com with any questions.

Support Neighborhood Watch: If you have an interest in the Neighborhood Watch program, please contact board@qchoa.com. We are always looking for block captains to help with this very important community support organization.
